After a very very hard 1st cenario for me in the last chapter of mgs4, the rest was good(normally challenging).
I finished it. I was sad with some stuff, but other i was quite thrilled. What an immensily powerful game. What an epic. the ending reminded me of Return of the king's ending.
i am still not sure if i consider this one better than the first mgs or not(mgs1 is my favorite action game ever). I miss Sniper Wolf. I miss the love relationship blooming on the battlefield between snake & meryl. i miss young snake(even tho i use his young face camoflage most of the time). i miss the whole bunch of people avaliable for codec chat. i miss the huge number of easter eggs. I miss the young liquid with the guy who played his voice. i miss the battle versus a metal gear(man vs metalgear). i miss gray fox, i miss the hind fight, i miss the final chase. i miss a lot of stuff.
Yet- MGS4...so amazing. i will surely miss a lot of stuff in it too in the next years. i hope kojima makes a remake of mgs1 for PS3, as i hope squareenix makes one for Ff7 too, and while theyre at it, why not ff8 too?(althought i just replayed ff8 a few weeks ago).
i must say kojima, is very close to a genious in screenplay. mgs4 mustve been the game that at its ending, due to some scenes(masterly edited by kojima ,which led me to believe one thing that wasnt true some minutes later) almost made me cry. amazingly powerful game.
"tHe best is yet to come"- was the title of the ending music of mgs1- guess what. they were kinda right. the best has came. and came to an end.
now that i think about it, was this game shorter or actually longer than the others? they are so many videos, and the videos are from actual gameplay, its kinda overwhelming.
i tried mgOnline today, but i found it to be quite disapointing. i dont see myself trying it again. well maybe so, with some friends. but i guess it isnt that good.
either way, mgs4 Bluray is going to be inside my ps3 for some time. i want to replay the storymode again
